YBZ has a long tradition of volunteers who give of their time and expertise in a wide range of academic and educational undertakings. Our volunteers engage in – among other things – research, digitization, translation and documentation of historical documents and photos, guided tours of the grounds and the Cabin, and bibliographical support. Volunteers at YBZ benefit from a pleasant work environment and are eligible for discounts for YBZ publications and activities (tours, lectures and events).
We welcome volunteers with background and experience in one of the following areas:

- Foreign languages
- The Land of Israel and Jewish communities in the East
